Trudie helped us transition from 9001:2008 to 9001:2015 and change our ISMS (27001:2013) and QMS into one Integrated Management System (IMS)! We've since added ISO 22301:2013 to that IMS and it wasn't that difficult due to the work we had done with Trudie.

We were supported by Trudie every step of the way, from initial implementation of 9001 & 27001 through to the certification process.We continue to engage with her to provide training and auditing services to ensure our system and procedures meet with the changing needs of our business and our Clients exacting requirements.

We utilised Trudie’s consultancy services as an external consultant providing independent audits and support relating to procedures and policies for our ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and SEQOHS systems. Trudie audited each department and continued to make recommendations as to how we could improve further. When the team achieved ISO 9001:2015 it was with no non-conformances raised by the UKAS accredited external auditors, which is testimony to our achievements. We considered Trudie to be a professional and efficient member of the team and would not hesitate to recommend her to any client wishing to improve their internal processes.

With Trudie’s assistance we developed an integrated system which met the requirements of 9001, 14001 and 18001 and we achieved certification with BSI within a relatively short timeframe. This has improved our processes and made the business more efficient, enabling us to go from strength to strength, whilst also achieving legal compliance. We have recently engaged Trudie’s services to provide internal audit training and would recommend her to any business.
